Shipping and Return Policies

Free Shipping - Standard Shipping is included in the Price for most States. Extra Shipping charges only apply for Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO & FPO addresses and Canada.

At this time, we only ship within North America. Here is more information about shipping.

Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT TIMING:

It can take up to 48 hours for your order to be processed upon receipt of order. All orders will be shipped by UPS GROUND except orders to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your shipping for a fee.

Delivery times should be estimated as follows:
Eastern US - 48 hours + 3 to 5 business days
Central US - 48 hours + 1 to 3 business days
Western US - 48 hours + 5 to 7 business days

Extra Shipping Charges:
For Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses we will ship via U.S. Postal Service’s Priority Mail and a $5.00 charge will be added for these destinations.

Shipments to Canada will add $10 (USD) to your order.

If you are an international customer outside of the US and Canada, please call us at 1.866.411.6677 to discuss your shipping
options and final cost.

LIMITATIONS

Tastemorr Snacks accepts no liability for loss or damage due to delays in shipping caused by any reason. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of shipping addresses and to make sure that someone is available to accept delivery of packages.

There is NO DELIVERY on weekends as well as NO DELIVERY on all major, federally recognized holidays.

Business days DO NOT INCLUDE weekends or holidays.

UPS SHIPPING POLICIES / TERMS AND CONDITONS OF SERVICE

For shipments to the US and Canada, we use the services of UPS. As such, we are bound by the terms and conditions of their service. We would like to bring your attention to the following specific terms of this service:

Special Instructions for Delivery
UPS cannot accommodate special instructions for delivery such as leaving at the side-door or leaving with the concierge. Tastemorr Snacks cannot be responsible for providing UPS with special instructions for delivery that are entered by the customers in the comment field of orders.

Deliveries Attempted Three Times without Extra Charge
UPS attempts to deliver a package three times. If on the 3rd attempt, delivery is unsuccessful, UPS will send a postcard via U.S.P.S. to the receiver notifying them of the package and the attempted deliveries.

Special Handling of Undeliverable Packages
Shipments refused by the consignees, or which for any other reason cannot be delivered, will be held, and UPS will attempt to contact the shipper for further instructions. The shipper will be responsible for payment of all charges, including, but not limited to, forwarding, disposal, or return transportation charges, as well as any duty and tax, if applicable.

Return Policy

7-DAY* RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept returns unless there is a quality problem with the food item itself. In these rare cases, please call us for a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

We DO NOT accept returns without a Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of returned product, we will issue a CREDIT.
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES can be issued at this time.

*7-Days will be calculated from your day of receipt and will include weekends and holidays!
